I was out on my long run Saturday when I realized that I’m still losing weight even though I’m eating more food the last four weeks than I did during the first four. My theory is that I’m eating better. Cleaner. Maybe you can eat more if you eliminate the fake food from your life. Since I’ve incorporated more fruits and vegetables over processed junk (even the diet junk), I’m eating more, feeling more satisfied and generally feeling better. Happier.
