I turned on the work-issued laptop long enough to submit my holiday hours for today.
If they think I’m doing any more than that, today, they can kiss my holiday paid ass.
We lost two games last night in church league. I missed two ground balls between my legs and struck out. Not a good outing. The evening was redeemed over a plate of nachos at the DT and some good Lift Bridge Brown Ale at the Library. Way too much LB Brown, but I’m not feeling too badly this morning.

So, is this you as a Simpson’s character?
Is Lift Bridge Brown a local brew? Just curious. They don’t do much microbrewing here in Australia, I really miss Motor City Pale Ale and Ghettoblaster. It was nice having a brewery on the other side of the alley from my apartment…
Come to the Keweenaw! We have awesome microbrews. $2 a pint!
Having said that, there are a few brew pubs around here, and they are pretty good. But, they certainly don’t have the popularity that they do in the US. Maybe it’s just a matter of time.
